I hate my math teacher, 1st he tells me I did the problem completly wrong and shows the class the "correct" way of doing it, doesn't get the right answer, three FULL BOARD lengths later I get fed up get up from my seat and show him how he SHOULD do it and he said, "Oh, I guess you could do it that way, but I still think my way is right." WHAT?! yeah he didn't like the way i did it because it took less than half a board length, stupid math teachers

hahaha, math sucks, and most of the teachers who teach it suck too. Ever walk down the street and think "That lady looks like a math teacher..." Isn't it sad that they have there own breed? My math teacher is one of those fiesty old ladys that beats you with canes if you piss her off...but she's reeeally good at teaching math. ^.^ Eh, this guy sounds like an ass.... >> << Beat him with a stick and then act senile when the cops come.

My senior year of high school I had an awesome math teacher she was funny and she was indian so the little dot on her forehead she treated it like a button so when she wanted to answer to something she would be like... Tan(36)=answer and the answer would be right!!! We said that it gave her a power up or it was the enter button on a calculator! She was awesome, but my teacher this year sucks!

eh, I've had both good and bad teachers....my math teacher this year is mean, but good. Math isn't simple for me in some areas because my 9th grade math teacher was a crazy woman who had no idea what she was doing....so now I can't factor...::shakes fist::

Hi everyone! I haven't been here in the longest time... Well, I just needed your opinions on something math related. I'm planning on taking Geometry over the summer so I could get ahead. I SHOULD be in Geometry Honors right now, but some idiot screwed up my schedule. I just wanted to ask you guys that have already taken Geometry if you guys new its difficulty. Is it truly hard? If you have any advice for me, it would be greatly appreciative.
And, on a sort of side note. I'm extremely upset and need to rant. OK, in order to be eligible for advancement to get into Algebra 2 Honors as a Sophmore through taking Geometry in the summer, I needed to talk to the head of the Math Department at my school and have him fill out a form. So, when he fills out the form, he says [and writes] that I need nothing less than an A in Geometry in order to advance. Then, just yesterday, two of my friends had to get their forms signed, and I discover that instead of making the requirement an A for then, he makes it a B+!! I need an A to place for advancement and they ONLY need a B+. This is really unfair! I have much higher grades than my two other friends in math and am very pissed off. This had better be a mistake. If I get an A- and don't get into Algebra 2 Honors, but my friends pass w/ an A-, somebody is going to pay.

1st off most people who do well in algerbra have a harder time in geometry. I would talk to the guy again and be like whats with this? why do I need a higher grade?
